A photograph steals ones soul…
This is why people change when they become famous
Soul losing: an addiction…

Came to tell u
Think photography is a fat lie
Not in a sense of Pablos words that
all art is a lie that makes us realize the truth.

Think photography is the most lying one of all the arts
I have no great respect for photography
Even thou I respect some photographers as artist
There are but few of them…

I really do think that taking a photo
Is stealing
But it's legal…

A friend said that photography for her is meditation,
beeing aware of world around us and in very little detail,
I could only add, or subtract to that
photographic awareness is pre-meditation
just like burglars appreciation
of beautiful houses in the neighbourhood.
They do not admire their design, monumental valiance,
artistic form or glee that is the heavenly garden-
They know houses only trough intention, that basic reduction of symbolism…
So values the photographer that nature and the world…
Only to steal it's beauty and visions,
Only to click trough that crisp worldly air
And keep it as it was, for that second which is a lie by itself
Yes, we do take advantage…
We do lie by that lens.

Personaly, I do photographs just like thief does his work…
I hide, I wait, I tremble sometimes
Wanting not to get caught
And yes, I'm excited when i get away with my stolen goods…
With their smiles, with their laughter, their tears, their shame…
And i'm good at stealing

Photographer is a voajer…and a thief
In photography there is no big mark between
Thievery and voyeurism…
Legal…

I do photography because it's too easy not to do it,
Because I can
And because I do it well

Tens of millions of people make lovely photographs
Only ten thousand of them are artist
Others are skilled technicians
Or sentimental family people
Just like web designers, just like programers, just like carpenters
Like fathers, like sisters, like owners…
Nothing wrong with that.

But don't be fooled
Photography is nothing special
Only some people who do it are…
